On 1-3 September, Ioannis Boziaris, from the University of Thessaly, represented QuiPack at the 13th International Conference of Predictive Modelling in Food in Athens, Greece.
He presented a poster on: “Intelligent food packaging in couple with Food Spoilage and Shelf-life Prediction Module for seafood distribution control” – a work that will contribute to our research on new or extended microbial growth and shelf-life models for selected food categories / developed packaging.
In addition, QuiPack was featured during the dedicated EU Research Programs Session, strengthening the visibility of our project within the scientific community.
