On 22-24 Septmeber, members of the QuiPack consotium met for a three days mid-term meeting, hosted by the University of Thessaly in Volos, Greece.
This meeting marked an important milestone for the project — an opportunity to review our progress, align on upcoming deliverables, and discuss next steps toward developing intelligent and sustainable packaging solutions for the food industry.
As part of the program, participants also enjoyed an insightful field trip to the aquaculture and insect farming units of the University of Thessaly. These visits offered valuable perspectives on how innovative packaging can support more sustainable food systems.
